Those who own money have the responsibility to rise prices, which prevents them from acquiring tools easily. Indeed, if a lot of money is created, it loses value. So prices go up because the financial, the one who creates the money, uses his money in the economy. So you can not buy food anymore.

The financial, as he has power, can buy at a cheap place, to sell to another human, because the product has more value in this place. This is called traffic.
